The Capsule Workshop trailer arrives at your venue 45–60 minutes before your guests. By the time your cocktail hour starts, the station is fully set up — tools ready, materials laid out, instructor in place. You don't lift a finger.
Guests browse the available workshops, pick their colors or scents, and spend 30–60 minutes crafting under the guidance of a professional instructor. No experience needed — the instructor walks everyone through every step. Even reluctant guests end up absorbed.
Each piece is finished the same day. Guests leave your wedding holding something they made with their own hands — a candle, a small tufted piece, a personalized perfume. It becomes the favor they actually keep and the story they tell at the next event.
When the session ends, we pack everything up and leave the space exactly as we found it. All you see is happy guests and handmade keepsakes.
